I have rented merchandise from several Rent-A-Centers, but my experience with this one in particular has caused me to make the decision to never patronize their company again. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Rent-A-Center. When their employees came to remove a refrigerator from my home, they caused significant damage to one of my walls. The wall is visibly damaged and missing paint. I have sent these pictures to their customer service email and Deidrick has promised several dates of repair, but they never show up on said date. I contacted the store expecting them to take responsibility and cover the cost of repairs, but it has not be resolved to this date. Not to mention, the unprofessionalism of the staff on every interaction. I had two strange men pull up to my home where my children are out of uniform and not in a company car to respectfully identify themselves for a payment, but my wall is still damaged and I am renting this home. I strongly urge Rent-A-Center to improve their training, take accountability when damage occurs, and treat customers with fairness and respect. The entire staff on Elvis Presley should be fired and new people should be hired because more customers like me will be lost. If my wall isn't fixed, I'm going to have to pursue legal action. Until this matter is addressed, I cannot recommend their services. Stay far away from them.

As I said before I'm not happy with this unit because the guy who sold me the TV wouldn't let me take it out of the store to take it home he said he had to deliver it he did not offer me the $10 for the first week or the zero pay for the first week and he ignored me because he was on the phone taking a personal call while he was supposedly selling me the TV

Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with these folks!!!! They are the most shady business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In Jan of 2024 we bought a front loading washer and dryer. By June of 2024 we had 3 service calls due to the washer leaking. After multiple complaints they agreed to switch them out for a top loader. Not to mention how much we had to spend at laundromats. Gotta have clean clothes. When we went to do the paperwork for the switch, the oopaloompa there said he had told us there was a problem with front loading washers. LIES!!! If he had done so, we would have never bought it. He then pointed out a small dent in the dryer, but assured us that it was fine (my stupidity for believing him). They delivered the new set. The dryer sounds like a jack hammer in concrete!!! Supposedly they are looking for a different new dryer. I am NOT optimistic.
