Have been waiting for weeks for a bed delivery. Was told it would be here today. 8ts 8pm. Broke down other bed to prepare for delivery. So no bed to sleep on tonight. Since its 8pm and they can't get their employees to actually work and do their job. A phone call would have prevented this. Like a heads up saying hey guess what we can't make it again. Broken promises. Going to call corporate in the morning.

Order washer and dryer November 20. Was told to wait for 2wks after we already had a delivery date. Waited 2wks to get the items and was told corporate canceled the order. The manger canceled the order because i called to see when was it going to get delived

I saw they had a 50% off promotion and I applied for a 65 inch television. I received several texts stating things were pending and I responded to a text and asked if there was an update. Upon the response, Jasmine stated she had to do some verification as well as call my employer which I did state was invasive as I could provide every paystub from my hire date in 2022 to present. I never heard anything back so I called up there a week ago and spoke to Jasmine who stated all my verification was finished and that my television would be on the shipment arriving this Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I never heard anything so I called and Jasmine wasn’t even there. Mario answered the phone and was confused by everything Jasmine told me and instead of telling me she apparently voided my order because I didn’t want them to call my employer - They both continued to beat around the bush and pretended like they had no idea what was wrong with my application. So they lost my business because I don’t deal with foolishness.

I entered an agreement that had a 5 cent down payment and then it would be delivered and my next payment would come out at the regular rate. The store is arguing with me even when I have the contract information in my email and on my account! There was no “$100” for me to have to pay to receive it as the agreement was started with their 5 cent promotion going on. The lady at the store was rude. I got a call on the day it should have been delivered but she denies that she or the other worker called me yesterday, when I have proof on my phone that they did.
