Mr Anthony, that work at the rto location on knight Arnold, is the truth!!! He brought the furniture into the house by himself and he did everything to make sure everything was in top condition, including taking the door off the hinges….. I’m so grateful for that!!! HE NEEDS A RAISE

They never harassed me when I had death in my family. I ask them to pick up on a certain day but the emergency came in on that Friday so they waited until that Monday without harassment. Ms Amanda & Mr. Terrance has great management skills. I will return to there store to do business later

Great customer service! They are always willing to find you not only the best deal but what you want. I wanted a black stove and they only had white at the time. The team on Knight Arnold not only got me what I wanted but did it in less than a week. Amanda and the team are always willing to work with you in every way!

I have been with Bestway for over 20 years since they first began when they were known as RentWorld. I have had a lot of good managers and made great friendships but there are 2 that really stand out for me at the store on Knight Arnold Road. Amanda Moore and Terrance. They are the most friendly and respectful, helpful people you will meet. If I have a problem or a need Amanda goes above and beyond her actual job description to make sure everything is right and Terrance will do the same especially with billing or delivery. They make you want to buy something else whether you need it or not just to be able to see their beautiful smiles and great greetings when you come in the door. I don’t have any pictures of Terrance but I do of my friend Amanda.
