I have been a customer of Bestway on South Blvd since 2009, my experience was really good, it had quite a bit of turn over in Management until Ms. Christina Nelson came to manage this store in 2015. She is absolutely 💯 my reason for remaining a customer. She is very professional and takes the time out to walk her customers through any concerns they may have. She has truly been what this store needed. I have remained here because Christina and her staff treats their customers like people. The store is always clean and organized. I would refer anyone I know to Bestway South Blvd anytime!

I just moved and had nothing but a air mattress..Jennifer was great and had Great customer service Helped find what I was looking for and made the process easier..Would highly recommend that store

This place gives excellent customer service. My husband and I rented from rent a center for years and a friend of mine suggested Bestway and we went in and were greeted by Dominique and Anthony and told her what we were interested in and they got us what we needed and lowered our bill by $100 a week from what we were paying and the quality of there products are 200% better than Rent a Center. I highly recommend this place and are very satisfied with there products and there staff!!

The driver that delivered and helped us set up our machines was amazing. Thank you also the best staff of BestWay. So kind and very caring staff. Going over and beyond to make sure we had brand new washer and dryers for our home. Thank you so much again.

Hello I am gonna start by I have had multiple things from different rent to own companies here locally in the Morganton Nc area My best experience has been with this store in Morganton best communication best service best people I’ve dealt with!!! The managers are absolutely fantastic if you get behind these guys will do their absolute most best to work with you!!!! I would recommend this store to anyone!!! Do not go anywhere else!!!!!!

Amanda is rude as hell. I spoke with her yesterday and she told me that my air conditioner would be out to me around 4. My wife went home early and waited from 4 till 7 before we realized they werent coming. I called in this morning to ask about it and she was extremely rude and told me it was my fault because my references didn't answer. Even though they had already taken my money 3 days ago and told me they were on there way yesterday. When I told her that it wasnt really fair that they told me they were coming and then just never came she yelled over me and said well what do you want me to do. Do you want to make your references answer or do you want a refund. I said I guess just give me a refund. And she said k and hung up. I wish I could give a 0 star. Rude as hell and shady business practices.

If other places didn’t go off of high credit we would switch. Your late one day on payments and they call you atleast 6 times a day. Like chill you will get your money

Miscommunication caused me to over pay for my tv. So keep up with your contract or get played like i did.

Very rude don’t give you time to make your payments will Harass you to pay literally call days before your payment is even due cheap quality furniture delivered me broken furniture I told them they said they’ll lower the price I still had to pay overpriced

Terrible experience that I’m having dealing with this location. I literally paid for something online only to have to decline my merchandise because the manager attitude was so disgusting. I have yet received my money back in a refund and it’s been over a month. I’m getting the runaround of saying that a regional manager is going to contact me or have been trying to contact me regarding my refund and no one has contacted neither one of my phones. This is sad and disturbing that I have to contact my bank to get my money back on product I never received.

They are great people and help you so much in finding what you need and advising you! Joseph was amazing, friendly, and all around a stand up guy! He helped us find the perfect livingroom set and walked us through every step to get it. Thank you so much, its good to see there's still good people out there!

Never will I ever rent anything from here gerald will lie about a sale to get you to purchase items and hound you and send rude messages bout payments the following week I do not recommend they don’t know how to treat customers and it’s been an on going matter tried doing business with them several times and all failed!!!

Great company. I wanna give a shout out to Elijah and Charles for delivering my new living room set. Also for moving the furniture I had on my first floor to the third floor. They had to take apart my recliner couch, move it upstairs and rebuild it. Thank you guys so much.

I purchased a couch from Rosie at Bestway on Jefferson.! I asked her prior to getting what was the condition she stated pre owned but it was good condition when I go to the couch there was gum stuck on it the couch wasn’t soft or fluffy it was hard as if a liquid was placed on it .! I called her and told her I didn’t want it while there I notice roaches on my floor to remind you it’s a brand new unit no one has ever lived in brand new complex.! Today the guys came to life couch as soon as they lifted the couch roaches started coming out of the couch every where crawling up my wall running down hallway I have so many pictures:! The furniture guys was so disgusted .! The black guy told me he told her the lady house was nasty and roach infested where he got it from to begin with and she still allowed it in my home.! When asking her for a regionals number she stated that she didn’t have one.! She stated she could come fit my unit or ask my apartment complex for a free pest control.! That was a slap in the face I have been a customer with them before twice actually.! She said she was giving me option but she didn’t give me options at all.!! I will report this until someone higher up reach out to me .!!
