Bestway Rent To Own

I hate the day I went there. I had an unexpected surgery and all theses ppl can do is text messages to take something that just LATE, no empathy's or anything. I'm so pissed that they don't work with you at all. I'ma set that stuff outside and be done!. I rather have nothing than to be treated like this and harassed.

Came in because our refrigerator is going out. Staff was super friendly and the store is so clean! Got us in and out quickly and had our rental to us the same day!

These folks are bullies and speak to you like they are better than you and above you, if your a new customer they look down on you and for Pete's sake don't call them because you lost your wallet every dollar you have and only need 2 days (pay day) to get to them. To them that is absolutely unacceptable and shame on me for calling them to explain my situation, instead they chose to scold me for not telling them I lost my wallet before I knew it was lost! the only mistake that was made was doing business here!!! Also doing business here may require the additional purchase of raid...

Great experience. Me and my wife were in need of a washer and dryer and they delivered, and installed the same day. I highly recommend this Company and a big thanks to Jesus the installer. Great job my brother! Me and my wife thank you for your respect and great work.

I believe that this is the best bestway in Charlotte simply because of the store manager will. I had an issue with getting my refrigerator delivered,They could not fit in the door.I called him and he came out his self to deliver it to make sure that I was satisfied .That type of professionalism and integrity doesn’t go unnoticed ,as long as you are communicating with him and paying your payment. You will have a great experience. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture and/or appliances.

Mrs. Whitney called me before my due date demanding me to make a payment from yesterday. And I told her that I will be there on my due date and she wants to get a attitude trying to ask me a question but I hung up and she decide to call back and I just let the phone rung. I never had any problems at Bestway until I met her she charged me over when I come in person last month and trying to make it happen again this month.Ik what to pay because I have my receipt of what I really suppose to pay.

I spoke with Katie and Chris today and it was the best hospitality I’ve had in any store. They we’re talkative and relatable and helped me perfectly find what I was looking for.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They tried opening my locked door to my home. They are thugs. We rented a washer and dryer form them and paid for a month up front. They never gave me a payment due date. And then the next month said I was late and owed over double my monthly payment being a few days late. Then constantly harassed my family sat outside our house on our property banging on our door threatening us that they'd get the cops to open our door without permission and they'd sue us. Over an $80 payment I said I'd make when I got paid in a couple days. And if not they could schedule a time to come pick it up and they wouldn't. They never would tell me why I got charged over double the charge either but told me I had to pay the $180 not $80 or give the washer and dryer back. THIS BUSINESS IS THE WORST. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Honestly they had me waiting around 5 hours keep telling me people are on the way all the way til they closed and now I can't get a hold of anyone. 1-3 was my delivery window I called at 3:40 - told they are otw. Called again at 5 told the same. I lost money waiting all day for no one to show up when I could have been working. Which is kind of crazy because they're picking up You think they want it...
