Awful experience! Waited for my stuff the guy said they was coming on Monday the following week. Called Monday to check on my order claimed that it was raining so they were running behind and that they had to go to York to get the furniture. Called Tuesday now it’s we got to check your references which was fine with me. Hrs went by called and was advised none of my references answered. I advised that they were first shift but I will send them a text so they can be looking for your call. They never reached out to any of them so I called back and was advised my application couldn’t get enough points. Well duhhh you all didn’t do your due diligence to call any references except for my employer in you called twice. But didn’t have any issue taking the payment of my card when I came in

The employees at Abermarle road are the best specially Eric when I need something he is there for me. I have purchased some things from there and whenever I need something sometimes I will keep doing because they with you and your payments never had a issue with them.Thanks Eric for all you done for my daughter and me.Your the best and your team God bless you all

Very professional. The delivery guys did excellent! They were on time, and I didn't have to move anything. They didn't scrape the walls, nothing was broken. They were in and out in no time! I highly recommend them! Good job guys!!

I purchased merchandise from here never missed a payment up until I was sick and in the hospital I missed one payment and this man has harassed me every single day! Called my job my family and blew up my phone even after telling them I was sick and in the hospital and when I would be able to make the payment they accused me of trying to steal their merchandise.. they are very unprofessional and I would never purchase anything from here again!!! They start off nice like they will take care of you and not to mention always taking the payments 2 days before it’s due or they keep calling u days before it’s due , it’s too much and it’s annoying! I would never recommend this facility to anyone try Kimbrells they are better! No hassle and stress free

Mr Eric and his team of worker are some of the nicest people. They make sure the customers are very happy with the service. If there is something you want and it’s not in there store. They will call around to see if another store has it. And will deliver at a speedy time and pick it up. I enjoy doing business with them. Thank you Ms Moore.
