These ppl at this location thinks it’s a game they stole from me and lied gave me a brown living room set that I didn’t order it smells like oil and it’s used and broken don’t buy anything from this store they are fraud and disgusting 🤢 I told them to draw up court papers and that’s bottom line

In August I bought a couch they came with a broken leg they came in a bad state I called them and told them that the couches were in a bad state they came and brought the repairs 3 days later a month ago I found that the couches also had more things wrong with them I called them again and asked if they could come and fix it after I made a complain it took them 2 weeks to come and see if they could fix them the person they sent didn’t check them well and gave excuses and didn’t repair or try to repair them at all I called the store again and told the guy who answered me his name is Carlos I told him about how the person they sent didn’t even try to fix anything and he responded me with a bad attitude he was rude and disrespectful he told me didn’t have time to listen to my complains and hung up on me !!

Started out with good customer service until after time my furniture delivery. Which was postponed 🤔 1 day late... Cream furniture arrived dirty, ripped and springs/coils were broken all withiŕrn 3 days now they are saying I did those damages... Not Today.... filing complaint with FTC GOV'T

By far the worst experience ever! Called me the day my furniture was suppose to be delivered and said the table came and not the chairs! I asked could they just bring what they had and bring the rest later, the two “furniture guys” that looked like criminals came and had nothing set up! They sat in my living room for more than two hours setting up tables that should have already been set up before being delivered! And then when they got here had the nerve to play their loud music on their phone and sat on my furniture! How disrespectful and rude! I’m new to the area so I’m learning here and there where to do business and this was definitely a learning experience. I will definitely stay off freedom drive for any services
