Bestway Rent To Own

I believe that this is the best bestway in Charlotte simply because of the store manager will. I had an issue with getting my refrigerator delivered,They could not fit in the door.I called him and he came out his self to deliver it to make sure that I was satisfied .That type of professionalism and integrity doesn’t go unnoticed ,as long as you are communicating with him and paying your payment. You will have a great experience. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture and/or appliances.

Went to BWRTO located on Freedom Dr with the intent to just browse and price a mattress/washer and dryer set. From the initial greeting with the store manager Will I felt comfortable. Ended up with all items and a great deal for all item, the process was completed with Dawn who was just as polite and genuine. Should have listened to the reviews. They took almost 2 months to deliver everything, then to add insult to injury they broke a light in my and cut a hole in the mattress. When I asked for a replacement they never replaced either. I tried contacting the corporate office, but they never contact you because they don't have a physical phone number. I am deeply considering legal recourse.

I am so glad Will is back running this store. He is extremely professional. He breaks everything down, works with my budget & communicates early if anything changes. He told me up front the store is currently short-staffed but he himself came out to deliver my living room with his delivery guy, instead of making excuses. They just gained a loyal customer!

Believe every recent review about the store manager. She needs customer service training. She is rude and speaks in a very condescending tone when you are just trying to get an understanding of what is going on. I wouldn’t give this store my money. I cancelled my order and disputed the transaction.

If you would like to use Bestway. Do not! I repeat do NOT go to the Freedom Drive location in Charlotte North Carolina. The store manager Aaron is a liar! She will tell you anything to make a sell, but when it’s time for delivery the lies start flowing. She told me my furniture was on the truck. This was the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Now 2 days after that. She told me she’s still working on the my application and would call me by 2pm with an update(this didn’t correlate with anything she stated before). When I reached back out to her at 5pm. She said that she had recently talked to her manager and he’s getting it pushed through. I asked why she didn’t update me like she promised (this is because I offered to reach back out myself in the first place) I was very professional and advised that I read the google reviews and let her know ownership goes a long way. I guess she didn’t like it because she placed me on hold for not even 30 seconds and got back on the phone and said she called her manager and they are not going to approve me. 😑. I am not sure how she is able to continue to get away with this but it’s ridiculous! She needs to be stopped. PS the only positive review on here about her probably was posted by her. She told me in store her kids names and ironically the person leaving the nice post has the same name as one her kids. Seems a little too coincidental and convenient for me.
