Bought a used refrigerator from them. Had dents and alot of scratches. Was assured by the lady Karen that she would take some of the price down. Yeah.....she took some off the price alright, a whole .89!!!! What a joke. Then we paid extra every month on our payments and the price never went down!! Do not mess with this store!!! If you do don't say you wasn't warned!!!

My experience wasn't good with these people, I guess my money taking care of a whole household and no help ruffled they feathers, I never just not paid maybe late at time's but always paid. I know I'll never use this company again, can't wait until im done paying them.

Matt was awesome. Started off bumpy, but he communicated well and still got me a couch I love much more than what I originally wanted. The process and wait is honestly better than ordering a couch online that may take months to come. The entire process for me took about 2wks, but could be less if they have the item in the store. Thank you Matt and team.

Everything that I have purchased arrived with care. Lynette and Myesha were there to assist for any needs or concerns. The staff is always kind and professional. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and they never dissappoint!! Hands down, Best way is forever my number one choice!!
