Christina was amazing. I will definitely go back and continue to do business with her. Thank you for great customer service... Update... The mattress was used and Christina said she was gonna order a new one it should be in with in a few days. It took over 2 weeks. By that time I ordered a new one online and asked her to come pick it up and she proceeded to prolong it. Then when I tried to get them to pick it up on my day off and no one showed. But tried to charge me for having it in my house after I asked several times for them to pick it up

Bestway on 6227 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28217 the store manager and her team goes above and beyond for their customers they make you feel right at home the warm embrace you feel once you enter into their store… the employees shows you the same heartfelt courtesy as well even when the boss is off or at another location tracking down an item that you want. I’ve been a loyal customer for years rather if u family or not I tell people check out Bestway on south blvd they will treat you right. They aren’t like any store I’ve dealt with they don’t just push your concerns aside like you don’t matter. I love their team work wish more business was more like Ms. Christina and her team…..😇❤️ I love you guys keep up the good work 😇❤️
