It isn’t a courtesy that you constantly call and leave vague messages in a voicemail and then tell me if I get a short message I should call and see why you’re calling! That’s the point of having a voicemail YOU LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE!!!

If I could give this place a zero stars that what I would do! They are the worst I have been telling them four 2 1/2 months to come get the item that I have they keep making excuses that they are short staff then will set a pick up date and not show but tell me that no one was home. Mind you that I told them there is always someone at the home Mario called my phone serval times a day while I’m at work and couldn’t answer. They then started calling my sister’s phone discussing my account with her without my permission. He also told us that another employee there was terminated and the reason why, that was not our business to know. Now they have another store calling me about this item that I have told them many many time to come and get because I’m feeling harassed at this point

This was my first time shopping at Aarons and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Dericka is an absolutely amazing sales associate. Her customer service and knowledge of products is second to none. She was kind, courteous, honest and very helpful. Mario delivered my entire living room set to the second floor by himself. He never complained, griped or frowned. He made sure that everything was exactly the way that I wanted it before he left my home. The fact that he delivered everything by himself was truly impressive. I'll definitely be shopping at this location again very soon.

Recently I visited this Charlotte location. Although I was upset when I arrived about needing to purchase a new washer/dryer set, front door to finish of my visit I was treated with an astounding amount of pleasantry and it shouldn't go unnoticed. The warm greeting and smile was nice when I entered. And the promptness to accommodate my needs, calmed me quickly. Easy payment options were explained to me, and the eagerness for my business was nice. Although I didn't purchase at the time. I now know where to go when I'm ready. Thank you for your help. See you soon.
