My experience *started out* great... Vicky was wonderful and the issue I had with a power sofa (lumbar wasn't retaining pressure) was addressed with a service call; However, the issue has since happened again and now I can't get anyone to return a call... so, not so great as far as communication / customer service go at the tail end

Vicky was awesome to work with. Didn't come on strong like so many salespeople. She really listened to What we were looking for and cared about our decision. We left the store with what was for us a significant purchase. Vicky and the staff were extremely personable; knowledgeable and professional, making ours a positive experience. We can't say enough how they treated us, balancing between being the resource we needed and giving us the space necessary to arrive at a decision. I would highly recommend #Badcock #home&Furniture in Charlotte!!

Vicki is such an amazing sales representative! She went above and beyond to make sure I left MORE than satisfied. She made me feel like she had my back. I really appreciate her professionalism and interpersonal skills because that is very seldom in customer service today. If you decide to purchase furniture from this store, PLEASE REQUEST VICKI. She deserves some type of incentive for her outstanding performance! 10/10 across the board!

Shaneice and Ms Vicky were amazing! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, they asked if we needed help right away and gave us time to look around without feeling pressured to purchase. When we were ready to make a decision, they were honest and assisted in making the best choice for our family! They were absolutely amazing, and should receive praises!! Even my kids enjoyed them! Kudos to them both!

Ms. Vicky was perfect! I did not get the "sales person " experience. She was genuine. She showed items in store and online. She even took time and chatted with my 81 year old mom in law. She included her in the conversation, which was nice. I valued her opinion and we walked away happy customers. Thank you Ms. Vicky Hardy on South Blvd, Charlotte! We will be back.
