Worst experience ever, horrible I mean horrible customer service. Everything that could go wrong with this store did. I had such a bad experience cancelled my order. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Aaron’s is the absolute best. Their customer service checks off as PURE EXCELLENCE. My buying experience has been awesome. Every purchase item is always of good quality. The delivery drivers are so nice and helpful. I’ve been a SATISFIED valued customer for some years now. So they are like family. This is the reason I highly recommend them to ALL my family and friends and this is the same reason I highly recommend Aaron’s to you. All of their staff are great but I must shine extra light on Daniel ( store manager ) and Ms Jessica are welcoming, friendly, respectful, and funny however they operate in pure excellence. I love Aaron’s and you will too. Tell them Mrs Bernadette sent you. Thank me later. PERIOD
I placed an order for furniture delivery on Monday. That morning, they called asking to deliver early due to rain and staff calling out. An hour later, they canceled - weather and short staff. Rescheduled for Tuesday at 10am. Tuesday, I kept my kids home from school to wait. No call, no delivery. I called at 11:30 - put on hold 20 minutes, no one came back. Called again, same person tells me no deliveries due to weather and staff shortages. Why put me on hold 20 minutes instead of just saying that? Wednesday, delivery driver calls saying he's on the way, then asks for my address. I updated it weeks ago when I moved - never entered in their system. Order canceled without anyone telling me. Manager says my handwritten lease isn't sufficient. I go to my property manager who confirms it's valid. Now manager acts confused why he's talking to my property manager when HE said he'd call them. Then says he needs all pages, not one - should've said that upfront. Sent it multiple times. Manager says he'll check and get back to me. Two hours, no call. Canceled my order. The manager's attitude is horrible and communication is nonexistent. RUN, DON'T WALK 💫 clearly, after reading all the reviews, this is about this store not other Aaron’s are like this …
Terrible customer experiences. I kept getting the run around by Daniel and Company. They returned my phone call only once. If I could give a negative 20 I would. I was super disappointed by the GM.
Ordered a couch online on 5/11 spoke to someone in the store who was nice but told me she was unable to schedule my delivery the general manager would have to call me back to schedule it but she promised me it would be here before my husbands birthday on 5/20. I have called back several times trying to speak to the GM he still has not returned my calls as of right now(5/22). Needless to say I’m canceling my order and calling the corporate office maybe they can do something cause the GM of this store obviously has better things to do than worry about customer service or even making sure orders get delivered. I hate to even give a star it should be a negative star. Don’t waste your time with this location!!! Waste of time and energy.🙄
