​I was approved for a mattress and have had a terrible experience with delivery. I was originally scheduled for Tuesday, then moved to Wednesday, and now it is Thursday with still no sign of the item. Every time I call, I am told I’m on the schedule, but nobody ever shows up. I only live 1.1 miles away from this location, so there is no excuse for this lack of service. Be careful, as they may also try to overcharge you.

They are rude. I was told if I paid 72 dollars I would be done, I would receive the paperwork. Within 2 weeks they withdrew another payment, promised I’d get that money back, never did receive it, after numerous calls, even a written complaint, still haven’t received my money back.

Failed my verification online because they asked a question pertaining to someone that wasn’t me and I did not know. Was told to go in to a store to see if a manager could over ride it, wasted my time and visited a store to be told that it’s a decline. As if I didn’t already know that. No one will help me. Why are they asking about other people if it’s a verification about me? Just because you share a last name with someone doesn’t mean you know them

I moved to Charlotte 2&1/2 years ago I sold and left a lot of things in Pittsburgh. I went on the internet and looked up Aaron’s. They were advertising that you could buy items for.01 and then make the monthly payments. I filled out the application and was sent a message saying I was approved. They told me I was approved for a certain amount of purchase power to use in the store. I brought a mattress, washer/dryer, and a television. They delivered my items and I was satisfied. I signed up for auto pay. They took my payments out on the 3rd of every month. I never missed a payment nor late with a payment. My mattress was paid off in Feb. 2025. My washer/dryer was pain off in March 2025. The TV will be paid off in November. My monthly payment for the TV is $32. (That leaves me a balance of $224). The second of April the washer breaks down. I called Aarons and told them the washer was broken. At first I was told they were going to send someone out that day. I told them that I had to go out and the person I was talking to told me I would then have to wait until Wednesday. I was fine with that and ended the call. A few minutes later my phone rang. It was the individual I had spoken with earlier. She informed me that Aarons couldn’t come to fix the washer because it was not under warranty. I said I just paid it off and now it’s not working. I said I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and I can’t get someone to check my washer. She informed me that I should have signed up for Aarons Buddy (possibly not the name she said). It was supposed to be an extended warranty. We’ll. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THAT!!!!!!! The only time I spoke with anyone from Aarons was to set up my delivery date. Everything I did was done online. I’m terribly frustrated, upset, and disappointed with Aarons!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To begin with you always pay twice as much for the merchandise than it’s worth. I was willing to do that because I needed the items. My feelings are because as a loyal customer, they WOULDN’T bend in any type of way to assist me. I will NEVER shop with them again and because of the thousands of dollars they have received from me. I’m contemplating taking the last $224 I have left to pay and using it to get my washer fixed. My advice to individuals is NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! Aarons you disappointed me and I hope you do better with any future customers you may get!!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. A little more customer service and consideration for your loyal customers will go a long way. I guess y’all just send this bs response. I did everything the message said to do and I haven’t heard from anyone yet!!!!!!!!!

The staff on freedom are awesome. When I have a problem it's always resolved. This company should be glad to have a awesome team working for them just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the staff down to the delivery at Freedom.
