Walked into this location and the employee Monica Alvarez really unprofessional no good morning meme Muggin like she was mad at the world I really want to walk by and look at the merchandise cuz I was looking for some furniture for her energy just made me walk out right at the building

I would not give them a star at all. Not recommend this store go and buy at Kimbrell’s Funiture your see every time how much you pay and how much balance is left. These people are thieves. If you can buy somewhere else trust me you’ll regret it.

I ordered a PS4 on December 20, 2019 and was told I could only get it delivered on 12/24/19 after 4 due to other deliveries. Well it’s 12/24/19 and they knew I worked till 3. They waited till 1:45 to call and to tell me they’re closing at 3 today. The light skin girl asked where my job was and said she’d call back and never did. She even took my job address. I’ve called since 2:45/2:50 from the time I left work from rock hill all the way to Charlotte. I got to the store at 3:56 and they were already gone and chain was on door but nobody still didn’t call back knowing the gift was for my nephew. Customer service isn’t all that and they’d rather have a bad review than to make sure the customer is happy. When they already took my money.

Went to the store purchase some furniture paid it off went back to the store purchase some more furniture and my sales person never told me how much I will be paying a month and when was my due date so the first month rolls in and I did not pay my bill on time and the store manager was so nasty on the phone with me I try to explain to him that I was not told of my due date for my payment and he would not delete the late fee so I am a bigger person I didn't even one of us with him and I just told him fine I'm good but I will not recommend nobody to this store and this will be my last time purchasing anything from them they was polite in the beginning but they some nasty people in
