They are all great people! They work with you and whatever’s going on with you, they communicate well with you when you communicate well with them... I love Abby, Amanda and June, and I’ve worked with others there that are cool also. Cash, card, they even picked my payment up for me at my house when I was sick and they accommodated me when my finances weren’t going so well. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They’re not just a place that I rent merchandise, they are my friends also. NO REGRETS!!

This comment is for Little Rock on Markham This year has been challenging for me. I loathe my grandma in Jan. The here weeks later my dad passed away. During this time my bill became due and since I loathe my two clients my pay decreased. I couldn’t afford to pay the bill and I talked with James about returning my merchandise. I went in the store and James made way so I can still afford my bill and keep my items. That spoke volume to me. He showed compassion, empathy, He showed he care about his customers. Even if he couldn’t help me with the bill he made moves and that showed me a lot. He didn’t want to lose me as a customer. I give him a 10. Again ty James for everything. “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.” Consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction." Both guys at this store is amazing

Amanda you are awesome, patient, and very professional. I told Amanda I was disable and couldn't come in to pick out a dinning set. Amanda sent me a picture of the dinning room set it didn't look to good from the picture on phone, but I couldn't be picky over phone, so I got it. When I tell you those workers really work hard not to scratch up the furniture bringing it in very professional, and their personality is down to earth, and fun they talk and laugh with you never stopped working, Amanda blew my mind When I went in livingroom with my husband to see my heart was filled with joy nothing but joy! Amanda blessed me with just what I needed! If you looking for good quality furniture very reasonable prices and very very good people to work with Bestway on Baseline is the store. There are still good people in the world!!

The customer service was impeccable collection dept out standing love the way they helped when they could and they were so polite the new manager is what this store needed.
