I went to bestway because I was in need of a king size bed frame. As I was there I decided I would get a bedroom suit and a TV and another electric. It was agreed that the electrics would be new for one because of the price I'd be paying for them and for another used electrics sometimes have problems. Well when everything was delivered 3 days late( keep that in mind they were 3 days late ) I noticed the TV wasn't in a box there was no remote for it it was used which went against our agreement. On top of it being used I seen lines on the screen and I told bestway the next day they told me we will get it exchanged ok that was around December 6 the I believe. It's in January now keep that in mind ok so after Christmas I went in and told them I wanted it replaced ASAP. They set a day and never showed up. I ended up having a medical emergency so I must a payment when I went to pay the following week I found out they had charged me 10 dollars a day for being late well I had asked about why the TV wasn't exchanged when they told me they would be there that morning and I was told one of there drivers quit so here is the thing. They charged me 10 dollars a day when I was late and they have been late with me since day one and even broke the agreement when the told me the TV would be new. So I feel they should take 10 dollars a day off my bill for them being late on there promise to exchange this TV. There lucky I gave two Stars but I will say once I pay this off I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone I meet about my experience with them. I don't like being lied to nor do I like being robed. I have thought about returning everything but I made a promise and unlike them I keep my word but after I pay this off I'm done with them. I'm very unhappy with this place. 10 bucks a day if your late that's sad it's a big company taking advantage of a single parent and that makes me sick

I rent a lot of furniture at the Hickory Bestway! Jane and Destiny are fantastic at helping you with scheduling deliveries to customer service! Jane takes a lot of time helping me order what I need, she's very thorough! Derrick (Dee) and Ben are hands down the absolute best at getting your furniture in your home without scratching your walls. They are very careful and respectful of your property! I give them a 10 ✨️!
I have known Jane since I was a little kid. She is the best!!! I follow her wherever she goes, without her expertise there isn’t a Bestway. Destiny is great I don’t have any complaints about her. Jane and Destiny and Derrick make an Awesome Team!!! ❤️
Renting furniture was surprisingly easy and stress-free, way better than dragging heavy couches up stairs. The whole process, from browsing online to delivery, was smooth and professional. The furniture itself is stylish and comfortable, perfect for my temporary needs. It really elevated my space without a long-term commitment or huge upfront cost. I'd definitely recommend furniture rental to anyone looking for a flexible and convenient option.
I'm renting a phone. They didn't have anything I wanted, so I settled which was fine. The first phone I got died quickly. It would only stay charged for like 1-1½ hours. The second phone which is the phone I currently have just shuts off when it wants to, freezes and it only stays charged for about 3 hours. They over charge your card. (Good thing I keep mine locked). Definitely about to return the phone and part ways with bestway,, before it turns into a bigger problem. Oh and they definitely need to find someone more professional to run the phone calling and texting side of things.
