I received a riding lawn mover from there. They sent out delivery guys to check it. They didn’t know what to do. Please never buy anything from Aaron. It’s garbage!!! For the manager he is wack!!!

Friendly and helpful. Easy to get approved and I took my purchase home the same day. They do deliver for free but I needed the dryer to finish my clothes.

Employees were very helpful they answered my questions they followed through on calling me back when they were going to order an item for me. But after checking farmers in Hudson North Carolina was by far a much better deal in price and I do not charge you tax on every payment which makes a big difference. Plus farmer's head the item in stock I was wanting.

Employees were very helpful they answered my questions they followed through on calling me back when they were going to order an item for me. I would like to say that I have bought many items from the Lenoir office and have never had any problems. Tiffany at the Lenoir store cares about her people and all the sales team as well. Would highly recommend them for all your rent to own needs. Thank you Tiffany and all the associates at the Lenoir location for always being there when we needed ya. David kelley

Everyone from the store manger, sales people to delivery drivers are GREAT at this store. I got a recliner I ended up not caring for and the manager let me trade it out for an X-Large chair and ottoman…and 2 throw pillows came with it. Very comfortable and again everyone was great. I highly recommend this location. Thanks!
