Bought a full bedroom set with LED lights in the headboard the crew that came and put all of it together did a half ass job the bed slides all over the floor the mattress is not stable to the frame the lights did not work the wires were broken called and requested a new one and he said that they would order it and they never got back with me after 3 weeks and they kept calling wanting payment I said I'm not paying for it again you can come and get this stuff and then he calls me 3 weeks later and says hey we got your headboard in after I said to come get it the guy jeff the Regional Credit manager awesome guy paid a TV off through him and I should have went through him again they absolutely are horrible I will never deal with them again unless it's with the regional manager jeff . If you go through this best way in Lewisville I would suggest that you deal with Jeff

Please do not ever rent from here. Go to Aaron’s or Rent A Center. They illegally stole money off my card and I don’t even have an account with them. I made a one time payment for my mom and they used my card months later and refused a refund. The General Manager Rick never called me and they have no one from corporate who can help you. They are thieves and I just filed a complaint with the General Attorney office and hoping they get sued and shut down soon . Please beware of this company . I know Tax season is coming so it’s better if you go on Facebook market or rent from somewhere else.

This place needs a new management who actually cares for THERE costumers, Very UNPROFESSIONAL! FURNITURE VERY CHEAPLY MADE . Not worth it they will lure u in the store with lies and once u get there and sign everything changes! They dont do good businesss! ZERO STARS!

Mike and Jesus did a great job on setting up my new dining table, they on time as scheduled and respectful.
It was a little busy when I arrived but Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very professional and courteous They have very nice quality furnitire . If you are looking for a nice living room set, or bedroom set. Actually they even have washers, dryers, refrigerators and dinnig room tables. Bestway is the place to go!

I've been getting merchandise from them for 3 years and they have always treated me well and gave me a awesome price on the 90 day payoff.. Jeff and the crew are ever helpful and great at making your home comfortable ..
