Amanda is rude as hell. I spoke with her yesterday and she told me that my air conditioner would be out to me around 4. My wife went home early and waited from 4 till 7 before we realized they werent coming. I called in this morning to ask about it and she was extremely rude and told me it was my fault because my references didn't answer. Even though they had already taken my money 3 days ago and told me they were on there way yesterday. When I told her that it wasnt really fair that they told me they were coming and then just never came she yelled over me and said well what do you want me to do. Do you want to make your references answer or do you want a refund. I said I guess just give me a refund. And she said k and hung up. I wish I could give a 0 star. Rude as hell and shady business practices.

Terrible customer service. They all seem to don’t know who mess anything up or how to properly fix anything. Was putting out new dryer in and the worker blew our socket. Said they would fix it but has been a loop around for a whole week on who would do it. Then take our new dryer back to the store and “FIX” the dryer when the dryer wasn’t the issue. We had to keep calling to bother just for them to say our dryer isn’t “WORKING” does this make sense?? They’re dragging their feet and we paid off on THIS mind you. Wasting our time and money. Trust they will be dealt with but don’t even waste your time. The supposedly person installing your appliances isn’t even an electrician so beware.

Please don't go to this place it's over priced and have all unnamed brand appliances, charged at a %300 mark up. Everything breaks down 👇🏽👎🏽. At they prices you can get the same item at Walmart or best buy 3x. Check before you invest.

On 08/19/2025, we paid a deposit at the Camp Robinson location for furniture. Trina told us she needed to finish verifying our information but that we would be approved. It has now been almost two months, and we still have not received our money back.We have called, gone up there in person, and tried multiple times to resolve this, but nothing has been done. Trina claimed to be the store manager, yet she said she didn’t know how to process a refund. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I highly recommend not going to this location, as I will never be doing business here again.
