This store is not a good store to rent from because of poor customer service. The store manager Marcus is not professional at all.

I just got a dryer delivered and set up yesterday. Didn't even dry my first load. I ran it 3 times and still wet! Called 3 times today and the first two times was told Amber was at lunch. I told them I had called an hour and a half ago and was told she was at lunch. Third time, I told them I need my dryer repaired or my $$ back. THEN they got Amber on the phone ONLY to be put on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back. I was immediately put on hold. Called back AGAIN! She finally said a repair man would be out TOMORROW. If they don't satisfy me, I'm calling 7 on your side.

They are very rude a man said bottom line u need to pay upfront or go to rent a center n im going to rent a center because who do u think u are?
