I am repeating customer first time purchasing with Jake My experience was a lil rough in the beginning, but it turned out alright jake took great care of me and the delivery guy I didn't get his name the new heavy set guy with the locs.I will continue with bestway and bring others
The Delivery Guys was amazing!! Awesome communication. They set up Set up everything. They’re very professional very informative as far as trying to give information about where I should set everything up.
They were the best. I called searching for a washer and dryer and they found me a loaner to hold onto while the set I wanted was being ordered. I even caught them during a special which they were glad to oblige me with even without having what I wanted in stock. It was delivered the next day as promised and professionally installed.
I’m honestly tired of going back and forth with this company. I informed them ahead of time that I was moving out of state and would be returning my items the following week. I even asked how I would be charged, and based on that conversation, I should have only been charged for one week—but instead, I was charged for two. For those two weeks, I just let it go. It was only about $30, so it wasn’t a big deal to me—I chose my peace because I already felt like they wouldn’t get it right anyway. However, even after I returned the items, they still attempted to charge my card again for time when I no longer had anything in my possession. That’s where it became unacceptable. On top of that, the constant texts about new items feel excessive and unnecessary. Customer service was also disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude, and I was told the person handling things may have been a regional manager, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this has been a very exhausting experience. I would not recommend if you’re looking for clear communication and fair billing.
Love this place. We have been coming here for years. They will always get you right. Y'all come out and see our guy Jake he's the best.
first time here and jake ( store manager ) made me feel comfortable in the store he was very polite and has great pricing i can’t wait until my things are delivered im excited i will be back to add more items
