The Delivery Guys was amazing!! Awesome communication. They set up Set up everything. They’re very professional very informative as far as trying to give information about where I should set everything up.

I’m honestly tired of going back and forth with this company. I informed them ahead of time that I was moving out of state and would be returning my items the following week. I even asked how I would be charged, and based on that conversation, I should have only been charged for one week—but instead, I was charged for two. For those two weeks, I just let it go. It was only about $30, so it wasn’t a big deal to me—I chose my peace because I already felt like they wouldn’t get it right anyway. However, even after I returned the items, they still attempted to charge my card again for time when I no longer had anything in my possession. That’s where it became unacceptable. On top of that, the constant texts about new items feel excessive and unnecessary. Customer service was also disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude, and I was told the person handling things may have been a regional manager, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this has been a very exhausting experience. I would not recommend if you’re looking for clear communication and fair billing.
