I have been a customer for two years and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Today my name was pulled to for a “relief week”. Best way are always having deals and customer appreciation drawings. 10/10 recommend

I called them today to tell them I was going to be late on my payment. I’m never late, but I had an unexpected school zone ticket I had to pay. The call was to let them know what was going on, which is very respectful to me. However, I wasn’t met with the same respect. He not only didn’t listen when I said my name, but still wanted money when I explained to him I had none. He told me I can’t say that’s okay. I am a MVP customer, and have a wonderful payment history. He asked me my name for a second time and I told him “Michelle Moore for a second time”. Well I guess he didn’t like me speaking the truth and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and he just hung up on me or picked up and just laid the phone down. Very unprofessional and rude. After this couch is paid, they WILL NOT see another penny from me!

J. R. It Was so amazing watching him Carry, a black dresser up 3 flights of stairs no hand truck sprinting back. down and grabbed the TV, he ran it up the stairs and I don't know where y'all got him from.but y'all got lucky with that one.
