I want to give a huge shout out to Antonio!! His customer service and professionalism was amazing. My family and I needed to rent furniture for our summer home in Macon. He was very accommodating, always took time to take my calls. He made sure everything was delivered and set up perfectly. I had the pleasure of meeting Antonio in person on Tuesday when he came to pick up the furniture. His great personality and his aggressiveness to strive to make a sale had me and my family purchasing over $8000.00 in furniture that we had never intended to buy. Thank you Antonio and team. Funny thing about this story. I had originally contacted the Buddys in Macon. I spoke to Sebrinna. She and her Store manager wanted nothing to do with me. I tried calling them several times. She always said she would call me back. When that never happened, I would call and ask to speak to her Store manager. I would be left on hold for long periods of time till I would just hang up. Once she told me she would have him call me. I guess they didn't want to do business with someone from California. I was born in Macon and moved to California when my Dad was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers. I will continue to do business with Buddy's in Warner Robbins and tell all my family to choose Buddy's in Warner Robbins.

Deshawn and Wesley. First off let me say this, these delivery drivers are more than that. They are relatable. They are honest. They have put my stuff in and even when the salesperson messed up my order. They went to another store to grab me exactly what I needed and still delivered it to me same day. Man. I have never had such great service. Not from Ashley’s. Not from Aaron’s and not from home furniture.

I worked with Mrs. Dora and had a great experience and she explained the agreement in full. I received my sofas with on time delivery. The delivery guys was great and professional.

Really nice people and all the systems are almost new if they’re not. I got a 75 inch tv that is actually pretty darn enjoyable my store is in Warner Robins

Dora is friendly and honest. Think his name was Tony and he was just as friendly and provided his honest opinion to help me make my selection. There was two other gentlemen in the store who were also friendly and professional. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Thank you everyone for helping us. We appreciate your friendliness' professionalism and for making us feel special.

I stay in Macon but the experience with that store was horrible. Sabrina was entirely too personable, condescending and unprofessional. I tried being understanding and patient with her for several hours just for her to get absolutely nothing done on my end. She kept saying she would call me back.. never did. She sent me several voicemails about how she’s going home to take care of her dog, spoke with me more about astrology than furniture and sent me items that I was NOT interested in. I almost gave up on buddy’s. I decided to give them another go and try the Warner Robins location. I think the sales manager name is Davion, (i know I butchered it lol) he should absolutely be the FACE of buddy’s!!! Very helpful, time efficient and kind! He went beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and made sure to have everything done without excuses and delays! Because of him, I am pleased and will definitely refer anyone to that specific location!!!! :) You guys rock!!!

I had a great experience as a first time customer! Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable, even though he just started. The manager (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and helpful as well. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend if you’re looking for new furniture or electronics!
