Great Experience! I had a wonderful experience at this store! Whitley was a fantastic salesperson—incredibly accommodating, patient, and not pushy at all. When my washer arrived, Chris did an amazing job with the delivery. What really impressed me was how they handled a few minor issues. Instead of giving me the runaround, they took care of everything immediately and made it right. Great customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend.
Mrs. Whitney called me before my due date demanding me to make a payment from yesterday. And I told her that I will be there on my due date and she wants to get a attitude trying to ask me a question but I hung up and she decide to call back and I just let the phone rung. I never had any problems at Bestway until I met her she charged me over when I come in person last month and trying to make it happen again this month.Ik what to pay because I have my receipt of what I really suppose to pay.
Great customer service from Jarvis and Chris who delivered my furniture. They were very nice and got it done quickly.
My time was easy and I was helped right away. Whitley made sure I was covered and was very helpful!
Miss Whitley is the manager at Bestway. She cool as hell as long as you pay your bill 😂🤣 Thanks again Boss Lady
The customer service was amazing! Everyone was friendly from beginning to end. I was able to get same day delivery and everything. I am recommending to all of my family and friends and NOT TO MENTION the price was very very affordable. The delivery driver was fast and friendly as well. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
