I will start by saying i would put negative stars and never go here. This is my story. So we bought 2 Nintendo switch consoles and when we bought them we were told we would get two new ones. That was not the case we got one new one and got one that had a broken joystick and no dock or charger. They said we would get a discount and they did not give us one. This was not the first time we got stuff from them we were dumb enough to do business again we got a couch with tables and lamps the lamps broke in a few months we fixed them ourselves and they broke yet again not one but both and the couch tore up in less then 6 months. We wanted to get a computer at Christmas so we went here so we could make payments and we were suppose to get the best computer in the catalog they had. We did order a new one and after weeks we went and they said it was conveniently there and just got there. After getting home I found out it was not the one that I order (i was still paying for the new one) the one that they gave I noticed that it didn’t have a GPU which it was supposed to have the best one they could get. The guy acted like he knew what he was talking about and told me that the part was in there it was just intergraded into another part. I came home and realized that not only was it a used computer with broken and missing parts the computer also had a user on it with a password and the computer was missing the gpu and THE COMPUTER THEY GAVE ME WAS WAY WORSE I was paying for a $2k computer and they gave me a used $500 computer. Never go unless you enjoy being lied to and paying 4 times more then you would normally pay.

The biggest joke of a place I've ever been too, Poor communication and forget about refunds. You better sign a contract before even speaking to them or you'll be out of 100's of dollars

Put a down deposit and was promised to have the product before christmas as it was going to be a christmas present for my husband. A month later still gave us the run around for when it would be there, proceeded to bill us even though we didn't receive the product. Come to find out they switched the plan on us and they came back saying we would be paying 1000 dollars over the actual cost. Declined the offer and requested our money back, then told us the down deposit wasn't refundable, which was not told straight forward and we are still waiting on our refund. This is not a good place to go through. Whatever it is, save up and go somewhere else. Poor management and poor communication.

This store I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I wouldn't even rate a 1 star but I have to give them something this store don't have the best sales person or manager derrell here lies to me about a ring we order and they lie Everytime we call asking the ring we order always got some kinda lies he have lie to is about 4 months straight and they cancell my order without asking me and say I cancell was the one who cancell the order I would never come back to this store as long as I live here

They call and give you a day they will deliver and a time range, we make sure we were home they call way past the times and make up some excuse and tell you they will come the next day. And have pushed us off for over 3 days. Will not do any other business with them. And the fridge they delivered had bugs all in the freezer and was missing shelves on fridge side and drawers on both sides.

The Mgr. Darrell, is Honesty very customer service type guy. He understood our fixed income monthly Date every month and was able to make it work without stress. He'll do what he says he will with no strings. Still paying for my washer, and have since purchased an A/C unit also. Very fair, very nice. And I'll be back, not once did i feel like he was trying to cheat me or just make a Sell. Thank you.
