I had a ps5 through this was going do weekly sense i didn't have the money for the month that it was due but Kim the manger was rude and ugly to me when I was having glabbler surgery told me get to the office to pay right when I came out surgery I dont her how could I she said she didn't care got rude then took my 100 from me that left me 136 to pay for the month but they turned around tried saying they was taking the 100 for late fee thier isn't no way that happens she didn't want to take it back told me I still would have to pay it cause if it was lock mode which it never was then she said that's he said she said we'll I told them I am still not paying 400 when my bill isn't that so they came and got it tried to tell me I can't go through arons well look at it now I am with arons lol everyone go to arons cause Kim in a rude ugly person and arons works it out with you better and they have more nice manners God bless you all I hope yall get shut down

They failed to mention there will still be taxes after you pay all your payments store manager was very rude and unprofessional! How can someone pay for something they weren’t informed about! This has happened to me twice once on a tv and another on couches definitely will never recommend my friends or family to those guys … delivery guys seem cool but only as good as your leadership!

Don’t recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional! At least Aaron’s is willing to work with their customers! Plus all I see on here are more bad reviews than good reviews! I hundred percent believe all the bad reviews too because of my experience!

Scott helped us he was very friendly and always trying to help us out even went out of his way to get it delivered to us him self due to the weather and no one else able to come out. Absolutely Great customer service!! Everything we were looking for we got in excellent shape! 😁 definitely recommend!

Will not ever shop rent a center ever again especially the Burkemont Avenue location. The manager, Kierra White, is a horrible manager, she is a liar and a slanderer., and she has very poor customer service. My husband and I have rented from rent a center for years, but when we attempted to rent from them again, she(Kierra White) cussed us out and yelled at us because we used a coupon incorrectly. No one told us anything, we just received the coupon in the mail and used it to purchase a computer. After we were yelled at and treated very unprofessionally , we decided to return the computer the next day. Kierra White, lied and said that some parts were missing from the brand new computer. We are not theives!!! The computer was returned with all of its parts to the store. Don’t shop at the burkemont ave store with Kierra White as the store manager! Unless you want to be called liars and thieves. Horrible, horrible management! Very unprofessional!!
