Don’t recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional! At least Aaron’s is willing to work with their customers! Plus all I see on here are more bad reviews than good reviews! I hundred percent believe all the bad reviews too because of my experience!

Don’t recommend them to a dead person much less a living one! AARONS’s is better and always willing to work with their customers! So I’ll definitely be sticking with Aaron’s!

Scott helped us he was very friendly and always trying to help us out even went out of his way to get it delivered to us him self due to the weather and no one else able to come out. Absolutely Great customer service!! Everything we were looking for we got in excellent shape! 😁 definitely recommend!

Will not ever shop rent a center ever again especially the Burkemont Avenue location. The manager, Kierra White, is a horrible manager, she is a liar and a slanderer., and she has very poor customer service. My husband and I have rented from rent a center for years, but when we attempted to rent from them again, she(Kierra White) cussed us out and yelled at us because we used a coupon incorrectly. No one told us anything, we just received the coupon in the mail and used it to purchase a computer. After we were yelled at and treated very unprofessionally , we decided to return the computer the next day. Kierra White, lied and said that some parts were missing from the brand new computer. We are not theives!!! The computer was returned with all of its parts to the store. Don’t shop at the burkemont ave store with Kierra White as the store manager! Unless you want to be called liars and thieves. Horrible, horrible management! Very unprofessional!!

Avoid renting anything for this place me and my girlfriend have paid over 3k for a bed we had been talked into by them we would keep tabs of our payments well one day we would call and see how much we owed and it was more and more everytime so I do believe they pocket money not only that when I sent the item/bed and tv back they sent me a letter in the mail saying they are going to take legal action against me but that’s okay cause I have proof they picked up the items from my house multiple witnesses I even helped them load it cause all they done was sat there and talked my head off. If I could give no stars I would just rights review this place is not trustable

They gave me roaches and refused to do anything about it or take responsibility. The items I ordered had to be switched as well because they had “just sold” the items from my original order. They said they had been professionally cleaned but the refrigerator vent has cat hair and dust all in it from the first day. When asked for details about the cleaning they just kept repeating that they were “professionally cleaned”. Keep in mind we’re talking about a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer. I’ve had these for about two to three weeks. These photos are from the refrigerator. I haven’t even looked inside the washer and dryer.
