The people at this location are absolutely wonderful. I have found that they are always willing to work with you as long as you keep an open line of communication. They are never pushy and stay focused on being as helpful as possible during every interaction. It is a pleasure to work with a team that remains so accommodating and understanding. I would recommend this specific office every single time to anyone looking for a stress free experience.
Edna has been the manager of Bestway as long as I have been doing business with them since 2020. She is amazing and always treats her customers like family. Even when we have cash to buy something we still have chosen to do business with them. Shawna has been with them for two years and she is also amazing. I highly recommend and suggest that if you need anything for your home, from furniture to stoves, to washing machines, electronics ETC!!!! 6 months same as cash with no interest!
Very resourceful staff if you want it and they don’t have it in the floor they will go to any links to get it! Ms Edna is the bomb. She helped me to manage my account when things got a lil tough on budget I now own a living room set a dining room table 2 job speakers an iPad meta glasses and 2 turtle doves and a tv and stand and that all for me!!!!
