Beware: If you are shopping for a recliner to rent during a recovery from surgery. The showroom will display a $49 monthly fee. It’s the only piece of furniture that is visible and no other pieces resemble the recliner in the showroom. Now retain this with your $49 understanding. The process involves the use of a kiosk self directed that covers financials. Here I am feeling good thinking that I can return home and wait for the delivery. With approval from the sales team, I now had to to sit in an office with many more questions and the scrolling through a quite lengthy contract. The contract will involve a totally new scenario where you are renting it as a piece for the complete furniture group. This causes the price to inflate by 50%. Though your eyes were deceived that this cowboy leather recliner sits alone in the showroom. I feel that my watchful eye caught additional hidden charges like fees to join the Aaron’s club on the employee managed computer screen. Once I remember seeing a total of like $160+ and had to question in detail now with little trust. Delivery was convenient but I had to clean mud from the sides of the chair and in whipping the armrests and seat quite a bit of dirt was found on the towel. Under the cup holders there was trash also.
This is the best and most professional people and place I had ever been to and the employees work their butts off to keep everything clean and working I will take my biasness to them every time
This company does not care about your life, they only care about your money. It's nothing more than a collections agency. Employees are punished when customers don't pay their dues and if the store doesn't make a certain percentage. Sure, their store hours are until 7PM, but they MAKE the employees stay 2 hours past that time. One is calling delinquent customers while the other is going door to door attempting to collect payments. Now.... Inside the store are appliances that are either new or preleased. You can own them, yes. But you will pay TRIPLE the MSRP after fees and interest have accrued. That being said, the preleased items they have in the store have been collected or returned by customers with infestations. Yes, ROACHES will crawl out of your appliances and furniture if you buy from this store. They do not clean them, sanitize them or sterilize them properly. The staff will sit in the office until the front door opens. You will never enter the showroom and be welcomed. So, when you walk in and expect SUPERIOR customer service, you won't get it. As I said before, all they want is your money. Doesn't matter what you get. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to an Aaron's. There are better more sanitary ways to get what you need and still keep your family safe from infestations and God knows what else could be on a preleased item. Don't go there. Just don't, I beg you.
They lie about the guarantees everything is great until you need something fixed even if it’s under extended warranty it’s all over . Once th. get your money they don’t care.
The staff are clueless and I had to post a complaint with corporate about them taking out ezpay when I declined it online and was going to pay in person. I declined it online and apparently I should have declined it online and in the store and they couldn't give me my money back because the general manager wasn't there to stop the payment. The payment was not even supposed to come out yet. Aarons corporate told me that stopping the ezpay online was sufficient enough and the store should not have run an ezpayment without consent.
