The trashiest Rent to Own Company we have in Cullman. I haven’t done business here but after dropping in to check the store out and meeting the sloppy management i will stay far away. Thanks! Nothing about the place seemed professional

Credit manager is very unprofessional, very rude said he doesn't make mistakes. Would never recommend. Also told me there system always messes up direct payments so be careful. Then they send a message saying they can't find your info. To contact them even though the rent a center in cullman says they have all the information. How about just not stealing people's money. Or at least let them know when they set up for it to be takin out, it actually doesn't work. It will mess up and you'll owe, and its on you even their system doesn't work

Troy already had my computer items ready for us to pick up so we didn’t have to wait on anything or any paperwork. I did have to fill out 1 form which was basically something I had already done online which I thought was a waste of paper and time but Troy was only doing his job. He was very nice, helpful and respectful.

Anytime I need something new or even have questions or want to change things around,the guys that work here always take their time to listen and answer me. They're always very friendly and helpful.

My oldest son purposely burned our home ,everything we owned including all photos of my daughter Ashley who was killed 2.05.2005 And our 3 beloved cats . I'd bought my youngest a ps5 for Christmas last year and had close to 3000.00 in it . I used rent a center to get him one just til I get my income tax and will purchase another one Well I was supposed to get the first week free is what I was told over the phone . My youngest son actually went in to the store got it I'm his name and everything I was told was bs. They went ahead and charged my card for 2 weeks no discount no free week. My son understood that would cover a month counting the free week Well not hardly I called the store and one of the rudest ppl spoke to me in such a disrespectful way as if I were trying to rob them lol wth ... I emailed them and ask that they pick up there high priced ps5 when we get back in town after Thanksgiving Did you know they are still calling and calling . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER CULLMAN Disrespectful ,liars ,harassing our family . They are just not a good group of individuals

So far the app was simple to navigate. I am concerned about proof of residency my husband and I just put a trailer on his land and we don’t have a mail box all bills are on his name and I keep all mail going to my moms until we get a mail box . So we shall see how this goes for an official star rating for now I’ll give 4 stars bc of that
