I received damaged furniture, yet I was charged the full price for new furniture. After that, different amounts were deducted from my bank account every pay period. I had to call three separate times just to speak with a manager. I do not recommend this place at all. They told me to keep giving them chances, but all I got was disappointment. They came out twice to fix the furniture, and it still ended up breaking again. The communication was poor, and I kept getting different answers each time I called. Overall, the quality of the furniture and the customer service were both very disappointing. I should not have had to repeatedly follow up just to resolve an issue with something I paid for. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend this business to others. I would give no stars if I could
I seldomly make reviews, but this indeed needed to be said. When I say the worst I mean the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Between harassing calls during my work hours back to back when you’re not even late to the fluctuating pay off quotes that they just make up . Thank God I was able to pay my appliance off and I will never recommend or do business at this establishment ever again! Best way in Stockbridge should be avoided if you don’t like harassing phone calls, it’s other reputable companies to do business with.
Worst company ever would not recommend very rude and unprofessional. How to make a claim through their insurance for damages caused when moving in a dryer and washer do not recommend.
I was very pleased with Joseph and Brandon professionalism and reasonable delivery time. They were quick and cautious with the handling of my washer, dryer and livingroom set. Im very pleased with the business that Bestway has provided. My sales representative Raven was exceptional in helping me choose the right product for me. I definitely will refer and use this company again. They were amazing hands down.
Raven and Reggie helped me tremendously when I urgently needed a new washer and dryer. The pricing was great, setting up payments was easy, and the service was awesome! The delivery guys Joseph Gilbert and Brandon Jones were so incredibly friendly, professional, and polite. You could tell they really know what they’re doing and are a great representation of the company! Thank you all the way around to Bestway and their TEAM!
I have had the worse experience with the king size bed I ordered. They sent 2 incompetent guy to set up the bed after they left apparently they didn’t have the right parts because the 1st night of me and my boyfriend sleeping on it, it was coming apart felt like we were falling through the bed which was completely dangerous especially in our sleep. Had to get some one the next day to come out and fix it he took a look at the bed and realized it wasn’t the right parts couple months later same situation feels like the bed is falling apart because it has wood to hold up a heavy king size mattress . Ugh at this point I just either want my money back or another bed. Also to the customer service suck whenever I would call a male would answer but there’s a woman name Raven who answers and is rude hanging up the phone on me I have to call bk transferring me in mid sentence she definitely gonna make this place lose business will her poor customer service skills.
