Ernesto has been wonderful to me for the past 23 years. Lydia is amazing. She’s a very kind person. I’m just meeting her, but she goes above and beyond as well as Ernesto. I would not go anywhere else but the best way in Hikes point. I have been a customer with Bestway for 23 years when they were located in the Jefferson town shopping center.

So, to start off let me say...I CAN'T STAND rent to own anything. If I can afford it then I just buy it straight out, one way or the other. We'll it boiled down to me needing a washer and dryer set and for some reason they are UNJUSTLY expensive. A friend of mine recommended Bestway Rental and so I checked them out. I walked into the warehouse skeptical... and walked out with a brand new out of the box washer and dryer set, and a smile on my face. I now have a list of household items that I want to look into. The employees are wonderful! Their personalities and attitudes are professional and fun! You can't beat this crew! Check them out. 7-24-25 Talk about above and beyond. I'm now on my 3rd item from this particular store. It was delivered, they set it up BUT had to bring an extra part that needed to be ordered. Once that part was delivered, we realized the item was too big for the space I had it in. So the crew member offered to help change a few things around in my living room AND set up a different item that I didn't even get from them. I said it before and I'll say it again... you can't beat this crew!

Love our Best way store off hikes lane. They always help me find what I need. The appliances are in great condition and last for years. We have a fridge, washer dryer set, and a computer. Easy payments to fit your life style. Highly recommend

The two guys who delivered my bed were super awesome!!!! They made sure it was exactly where I wanted it, they were very respectful, and finished putting my bed together very quickly and efficiently while still being attentive, careful, and precise. My beautiful king size bed is astounding the picture didn't do it justice and that says a lot because I feel in love with the bed from the picture. I loved everything about my experience with Bestway. The service, the communication throughout the entire process, the kindness, the promptness, the professionalism, the reliability, and just overall exceptional service. I am immensely satisfied with my bed and service received. I highly recommend👍🏾. Five stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
