The manager is disgusting. He has zero customer service skills. When they delivered my bed set, they didn’t even screw in all the screws so they had to come back. Just unprofessional at its best🤧
Had a phenomenal experience today. The manager “Marcus” (Bald guy with glasses) was super informative and helpful. Not only did he save us money but made the process effortlessly on our end. We will definitely be returning to do more business with this company in the near future!
My experience with Aarons was a great one. From their customer service 800 line, to their store manager Mark and the other store associate, (forgot the store associate's name).They were very informative, professional and helpful about the furniture I was looking for. It is also very fast and easy to do everything online. From getting approved for a certain amount for monthly payments to the signing of each lease contract. The two guys that delivered my furniture were very professional. They worked hard on putting together each piece of furniture and cleaned up all the boxes and packaging material. My monthly payments are fair and reasonable. I have no complaints. It was a very good experience for me. I would recommend them over anyone else in the rent to own business. I bought three area rugs, a TV stand, Kitchen table, Coffee table with end tables and a Chaise Sofa. I have included pictures with this review.
Terrible experience, NO ONE knows what they're doing there at all. What a joke!!! When I spoke with the "Manager" obviously upset because no one seemed to know where my purchase was even tho online it showed "delivery pending" and they had me set up on a payment for tomorrow. Keep in mind, I don't have the product. Customer Service claims the store sets up the payments. The Manager claimed I set the payment up. Why would I pay for something I don't have. So in the conversation where I felt justified for being upset, the "Manager" was rude and starts getting loud. Needless to say after letting him know how he wasn't about to talk to me I canceled my order and I do not recommend them at all unless you need more hassel in your life.
