Aarons is the worst place to go. They sell you defective and generic products. They sold me a queen size mattress that has a dip in one side and have collected 2 payments for a raggedy mattress through auto pay and I have stopped the auto pay and looking for another mattress at another store.Dont go to this Aaron's unless you want to get ripped off
Aarons on Dixie Highway is one of the worse places to go. They sell you generic and defective products. I got a queen size mattress from there and its defective with a dip in one side.I have been trying to get them to get me another mattress because this one makes my back hurt every night that I sleep on it.They have gotten 2 payments from me via autopsy but still haven't replaced the raggedy mattress. I went in and stopped the auto pay and im not paying another dime on this junk
They are very rude and disrespectful. Especially, the delivery people! My mother purchased a living room suite and wanted the furniture in her bedroom. So, she wanted to use the bedroom as a den. The movers DIDN'T even try to take the furniture in the room, and just stated, they weren't even going to try! So, basically they just sat the furniture in the living room and left. My mother called, Aaron's, and told them, that she would have to call a moving company to put the furniture where she wanted it. She asked the manager, would they pay for it, since the delivery people wouldn't. The manager said, we aren't paying for nothing! So, my mother had to pay $79 dollars for a moving service to come out, and they didn't have any problems with moving the furniture where she wanted it. So, you better think twice before doing business with these rude people!
It's a pleasure renting to own with Aaron's on Dixie highway. General manager Asian conducts business with integrity and compassion. It's hard to find people like Mr. Asian especially in upper management. I admire his business ethics and my washer and dryer serves its purpose. Thank all of you guys, from management to representatives.
Wish that I could leave a lower grade. They are very rude. They will not fix their products when there is a problem. I had a washer from there they did not fix it was broken for over a month. Told him to come get it, 3 weeks later they finally came . All after repeated calls to store and customer service. Don't waste you money going there.
