Aarons is the worst place to go. They sell you defective and generic products. They sold me a queen size mattress that has a dip in one side and have collected 2 payments for a raggedy mattress through auto pay and I have stopped the auto pay and looking for another mattress at another store.Dont go to this Aaron's unless you want to get ripped off
Aarons on Dixie Highway is one of the worse places to go. They sell you generic and defective products. I got a queen size mattress from there and its defective with a dip in one side.I have been trying to get them to get me another mattress because this one makes my back hurt every night that I sleep on it.They have gotten 2 payments from me via autopsy but still haven't replaced the raggedy mattress. I went in and stopped the auto pay and im not paying another dime on this junk
They are very rude and disrespectful. Especially, the delivery people! My mother purchased a living room suite and wanted the furniture in her bedroom. So, she wanted to use the bedroom as a den. The movers DIDN'T even try to take the furniture in the room, and just stated, they weren't even going to try! So, basically they just sat the furniture in the living room and left. My mother called, Aaron's, and told them, that she would have to call a moving company to put the furniture where she wanted it. She asked the manager, would they pay for it, since the delivery people wouldn't. The manager said, we aren't paying for nothing! So, my mother had to pay $79 dollars for a moving service to come out, and they didn't have any problems with moving the furniture where she wanted it. So, you better think twice before doing business with these rude people!
Wish we could leave a worse rating! DO NOT rent from Aaron’s on Dixie highway!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! We are soo frustrated,upset, and angry. 😭😭 My mom has been renting from them on and off since I was a little baby so it has been many years and have never had a problem until now. We have been trying to get a dryer since December 2nd. Somehow our online application got messed up and we had to go in and redo the application and got it sorted so we waited 2 weeks still hadn’t heard anything so we called them back and they sold the one we were supposed to get so we agreed on a used one from them and waited another week and called and they delivered it but it didn’t have lint trap and was throwing codes and wouldn’t work so we waited another 2 weeks for them to fix it but they were confused about it so had to explain it to them and they agreed to bring a loner one till the right dryer was fixed and so they delivered that and we’ve had it for over a month and called back multiple times to see when we would get the original one and they just kept on promising next week, next week, next week and on and on till we just gave up, until we got a letter in the mail about not paying the payment and they were going to come get the dryer and blah blah blah so we called them because we have been paying it every other week like agreed and he didn’t know why they sent out a letter and so he finally had them deliver the dryer we had originally that was fixed and take the loaner back but it didn’t have a lint trap and it was throwing codes again!! And so we called them back and he said we would have to wait another 2 weeks for it to be fixed and he got an attitude with us saying it must be us cuz he ‘tested’ it there at the store and it worked fine. So we just asked for the loaner back but in the end he’s coming to get the dryer back and canceling our service and told us to go elsewhere because he’s had soo much success with his other customers and we were basically causing too much trouble. We have been trying to get a dryer (the dryer we agreed on the lease) for OVER a month. The 2nd will be 2 months. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 we are soo disappointed and angry!! We were being understanding considering it’s been almost 2 months but then this happened.
It's a pleasure renting to own with Aaron's on Dixie highway. General manager Asian conducts business with integrity and compassion. It's hard to find people like Mr. Asian especially in upper management. I admire his business ethics and my washer and dryer serves its purpose. Thank all of you guys, from management to representatives.
Wish that I could leave a lower grade. They are very rude. They will not fix their products when there is a problem. I had a washer from there they did not fix it was broken for over a month. Told him to come get it, 3 weeks later they finally came . All after repeated calls to store and customer service. Don't waste you money going there.
