Never will I ever rent anything from here gerald will lie about a sale to get you to purchase items and hound you and send rude messages bout payments the following week I do not recommend they don’t know how to treat customers and it’s been an on going matter tried doing business with them several times and all failed!!!
They have some workers that have good customer service I can’t knock it but the way they run they business is 110% horrible you can’t be a day late let along trying to make a 2 payment for the following week they don’t care for any of your outside personal life they will not work with you and the harassment they do over a few days late even when you communicate with them is crazy I worked with a best way company before and they didn’t treat they customers no where like cherry rd do all these reviews are a lie and not mention I have always made a on time payment for about 2 months straight smh don’t wasn’t your time with them
I hate the day I went there. I had an unexpected surgery and all theses ppl can do is text messages to take something that just LATE, no empathy's or anything. I'm so pissed that they don't work with you at all. I'ma set that stuff outside and be done!. I rather have nothing than to be treated like this and harassed.
GREAT place for rentals. I needed a recliner-type chair a year ago after surgery. They set my wife up ASAP, got her a super price, delivered it and picked it up a few weeks later. Now she's having surgery, so we're doing it again, and they absolutely have it covered. Great service, great prices, great people. That's all we've rented from them, and in both cases short-term, but they have plenty of items in their showroom from tables to sofas to big-screen TVs. HIGHLY recommend!
I have been with bestway for a few years and I have had 100% satisfaction from them. I do recommend them to anyone that need just about anything. I have paid off living room furniture, washer and dryer sets, television sets, and game systems and haven't had a problem yet. Thanks Bestway for your wonderful customer service.
This store has the worst management staff. The manager doesn't know how to communicate with customers and treats the store as if it's his home. I have had multiple negative encounters with him and even recorded one incident where he asked me for cash without providing a receipt. He claimed he needed to go to the store to send me a receipt. How many other customers has he done this to? It's time to reconsider your management team.
