Great company. I wanna give a shout out to Elijah and Charles for delivering my new living room set. Also for moving the furniture I had on my first floor to the third floor. They had to take apart my recliner couch, move it upstairs and rebuild it. Thank you guys so much.
Been with them 4 years now and ordered for 5th time from them! We needed a new living room set this time and Heather and Becca made our dreams come true on this one! We absolutely love it, stayed after their own store hours too! They truly go above and beyond for their customers! I will NEVER purchase furniture anywhere else at all! You won’t regret it! They treat you like family and make sure you have exactly what you want and need! Give them a try! You guys are truly amazing!
David is so awesome!!! He gave me the best customer service I think I have ever gotten. My refrigerator went out and I called around to try to find a place that I could get a refrigerator delivered the next morning and the other places I called couldn't get me one until a couple of days out and I didn't want my food to spoil and David was a life saver! He found me a refrigerator that not only could I afford but I could get immediately. His customer service helped me tremendously as I have a husband that is disabled and I was so nervous about not being able to find a refrigerator before my food is spoiled, so ask for David if you need any help finding what you need. I also didn't have to leave my home he did everything over the phone with me and made the whole process very simple. I can't thank him enough!

To whom it may concern I'm very disappointed in your company I came to your store in Murfreesboro looking for mattresses the young lady was nice and I ended up getting a set she told me they would deliver them on Friday which was several days after I paid so I text the representative she asked me would I be at home again 3 I said yes 5:00 no one came or called me so I called the business and told the person who answered that I was dissatisfied with them and that I wanted to cancel my delivery and that I was going to Aarons he told me that it was just a push of a button to cancel it. No compassion about the situation at all he told me would 7 to 10 business days before I receive my refund signed very dissatisfied customer I will not recommend your company to anyone
Several problems with this business. I cant say they are not friendly, as they are; however when they are in the wrong, they will avoid you. Especially when there employee did damage to our brand new home that was just built. I had a huge hole in my garage wall that took almost a month to repair. Instead of hiring a professional to repair, they get their associate to do the job. It does not look professional, basically a patch work job that looks horrible. I gave up hope of it getting fixed. I also did a 3mth same as cash sofa, quoted on price and it was a different payout price, it was explained as the difference was a damage waiver fee.
I have to publicly apologize to the manager Becca- I’ve been a customer for a long time and normally always make my payment early But I had recently fallen behind by just a few days about $88 or so.. The store had called a couple of times, but I was unavailable to answer and then before I was given a chance to respond, I received back-to-back calls and text messages from both the automated system and the manager leaving me feeling bombarded in the moment… I called the store upset, and I wrongfully took my anger out on the manager, Becca, all because I felt bombarded. That was wrong of me. I made my payment was able to catch back up, but I should not have taken my anger out on Becca. She’s a very nice lady and she tries to work with people…. The store is good at being flexible as far as getting you the furniture that you want and switching things out if you don’t like it, just don’t fall behind on your payment at all.
