Honestly they had me waiting around 5 hours keep telling me people are on the way all the way til they closed and now I can't get a hold of anyone. 1-3 was my delivery window I called at 3:40 - told they are otw. Called again at 5 told the same. I lost money waiting all day for no one to show up when I could have been working. Which is kind of crazy because they're picking up You think they want it... Honestly the manager is really nice but the delivery people absolutely suck.

I ordered furniture from this company in November and never received it. After waiting three weeks, I was repeatedly told they were “processing the information,” with zero communication or real updates. When I finally called to request a refund, I was told one would be issued. Months later, I am still actively waiting on my money to be returned, with no follow-up or communication. I’m out the product and the payment. This has been extremely frustrating, and I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. Go to RAC or lease from a legit store like Rooms To Go or something!

Same here I nearly paid 3500 for a refrigerator not worth it don't get receipt take money out bank uses all the cards I pay with they will just bug you all day I'm like chill dude it's only 2 days late bad attitude yes next week my last I'm done with them nomore bullshit to deal with

Manager of the Fort Worth, Texas location is very unprofessional!!! This company will harass you and take money from your bank without permission. I'm filing a lawsuit against them. And reporting them to BBB. I wish I could give them a zero rating 😕

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with rent to own. They took 3 days to deliver my washer and dryer with little to no communication. I waited all day just to get a call at 8 pm to reschedule for the next day and they still didn’t show up or call. When I finally received the washer and dryer it was the wrong brand and priced $1,000 higher than I was told. Now we’re in week 4 still no communication and I haven’t received the correct washer and dryer. They were supposed to deliver yesterday, but of course no call no show.
