I love Aaron's on McCart Ave., friendly atmosphere but most of all the Manager Hakim Sims is very polite, knowledgeable and passionate about his job and the happiness of the customers 😊 if I could I would give them a 100 stars because I'm so pleased !!!!!!

I’ve been with Aaron’s for years, paying for my washer and dryer on time every single month. Not one late payment. Not one tardy payment. And I’ve never once asked this company for help or a favor the entire time I’ve been a customer. So when I finally called to use the deferred payment option that’s literally part of the contract, I expected basic respect. Instead, I got a rude, dismissive employee talking to me like I was trying to get away with something. I was told I needed to “prove” things I’ve never had to prove, even with a spotless record. After years of perfect payments and zero issues, this is the treatment I get? It’s embarrassing for a company to treat loyal customers this way. Aaron’s clearly doesn’t value the people who keep their business running. If this is how they talk to long-term customers who’ve never given them a single problem, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else.

Horrible service! I have used Aaron’s a couple times for home furnishing and always had a great experience paying everything off within 3 months but the service from this store has been the absolute worst experience I ever had! I ordered a bunk bed which took two weeks to get, then they sent two people who did not set the bed up correctly making it not stable for my kids. I called the store to get it fixed and they sent two guys out who just looked at it and said they would be back the next day with the parts. Instead they sent a guy out the next day with no parts and no resolution!! Guy said he would be right back shortly with the parts after he took some more screws out and I waited a little over an hour and he never came! I called again and then I’m told that they need to order the parts! Why didn’t they tell me that when they sent the first guys out? Why didn’t anyone have the decency to call me back and tell me they have to order the parts after the next guy left? I was waiting for nothing!! I can’t believe how I’ve been treated from this location. My kids can’t even get a sturdy bed! This is ridiculous

These people have been nothing but good to me!! Have always worked with me when I need it, and always there if something is messing up with anything that I have. (My washing machine wasn’t acting right after it got taken out of my Laundry room and put back in. Not Aaron’s fault) I have had nothing but a great experience with them the last almost 2 yrs) I definitely recommend them to everyone! Kristina P 😊

I have been a customer of the Cherry Lane-White Settlement Road Aaron's since 2005. I have not always been able to purchase the items I was leasing but I have always been treated respectfully here. I have bought two couches,two chairs,dining room set and about to pay off LG Blu-ray player with them.There have been some not so great managers here but this is to be expected anywhere.Bought a fireplace TV stand from them in Nov. Keep up the good work.Paid off fireplace and got couch and riding mower from.
