I have always loved Aaron's. I purchased many many items through the years and never had a problem. Well that ended 2 years ago. I purchased a living room set from them. The set up account payments never happened and the delivery took over 2 weeks. When delivered one recliner on love seat didn't recline we reported it. Never showed to fix. Then regular recliner started leaning to left and reclined too far back. Reported it said they would come fix and they never showed. Then recliner on couch quit working called and reported they never showed up. Then this December the other recliner on couch broke and leaning all the way back. Called and Rick said they would fix. Finally sent someone who said not fixable. I only have 2 1/2 payments left. They said would replace. I'm still waiting and I refuse to make payments on broke furniture. Not my fault they haven't taken care of problem yet. If they had I would have made my payments. Contacted corporate but manager just got mad at me didn't help. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I have several family members and friends who have used them in past from my recommendation but will no longer.
GREAT customer service from the GM today. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best deals!
I've never been here yet I get constant calls and voicemails from this place. I had to call twice to get my number removed from their system and they were rude about it like they weren't the ones blowing up my phone in the first place.
Absolutely terrible customer service from an employee named Eric. He was rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional during our interaction. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed and spoke with a condescending attitude, making a simple situation unnecessarily frustrating. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. Management should seriously address this.
Yall should really figure out a better way than just saying estimated delivery is between 10-6 when people have jobs and can’t just leave at a moments notice. A 30 minute notice between those hours is not enough in this area let alone people who may need to take time off to run home and open the door for delivery. I’ve talked to two people today and they’ve just told me that’s how it is but I’ve gone through Arron’s at another location and they have us plenty of notice and an estimated time of arrival not just a “they’ll get there when they get there” response.
