Bestway Rent To Own

I’m giving the one star just for the customer service I got from Sophia the first girl that helped me place my order but after I placed my order and paid my down payment everything was hell on wheels Rosie the store manager called to question me about my job even though drilling me asking what did I do at my job etc acting like I was lying about my government job that I hold even though all recent check stubs were submitted and when she was calling my employer to verify employment she would hang up on my supervisor supervisor even called back to verify employment she would say I’m busy and will call back in a few minutes but was never done.so after playing phone tag for most of the day I cancelled the order and asked for a refund it has been almost two weeks and yet to get my money back have reached out to corporate to speak with a district manager but haven’t heard anything from them he contacted the store before contacting me and now they are saying due to them switching credit card companies they can’t issue a refund through there systems the most unprofessional I will never do business with any best way stores if this is the case on returning people money at this point this is theft

Horrible company and I highly doubt not recommend. They over price the items in store. I’m currently trying to fight to be my $250 back from this location because I canceled my application because I found better quality furniture for a cheaper price . The supervisor there is a liar she just want your money and can careless what happens to you. They will take your money then give you the runaround . I been calling your complaint line for two weeks next step a lawyer will be in contact. Run away from this store

This store keeps on harassing my mom to buty things she doesn't want. Nice people but I'm going to have to reach out to their corporate office or the attorney general for assistance. Numerous family members have asked this place to stop calling. My mom had several strokes and doesn't need more stuff. We've tried asking nicely and will try blocking the numbers again after I file complaints. You don't try to take advantage of the elderly or sick. David did an awesome and professional job. He set my computer up with ease. Answered any questions I may have had. He was great.if had to have some delivered again I would love for him to be the associate.
