Horrible place. Do not buy from this location. Worst customer service, especially from store manager Maribel. If you're late on a payment and call for an extension day payment, she would tell you straight up No! Or say she will make a note on your account and still send her goons to pick it up! You have a better chance to call Corp for payment extension. Also even if you DO! make your payment she still sends her goons to your home to pick up the furniture or whatever. Many times they have showed up to my home claiming I never made a payment, and yet I have to show them it has been pulled out of my account! Very careless and unprofessional people! I would also like to add-on the day of the delivery they gave me a certain time that they were going to be at my home at 2 PM. I left work early to be at home on the time of the delivery, they did not arrived till 6PM! No call informing, there were going to be late or they were behind, Nothing! Store Manager Maribel is the worst!! I've had an account at the Rent a center in Arlington, and I've never had problems like this store on Cockrell Hill! I have been patient with the store but enough is enough! Everyone needs to know! Corp needs to do something with this store, starting with Maribel.
Maribel and her team are amazing. Ordered a fridge for my new place that was not in stock anymore and she found me another fridge for the same day delivery. Really grateful and will recommend this store to my peers!
Horrible customer service! They let me pay money & set delivery & texted a confirmation. Then canceled delivery without even a call ! & then I call & get clicked on by the manager & The lady Samantha said they click on people all the time !
Please don’t buy from these people. Maribel that works there called my mom yelling at her because they haven’t picked up an ac unit my mom has been telling them to pick up for two weeks now. They want my mother to be at home 24/7 waiting for them to decide to pick it up. People have to work and have things to do. I called to get her name and corp number and she hung up on me. Currently on the phone with corporate. Looking at these reviews y’all really need to get rid of Maribel horrible customer service
Orlando (store manager) and Fabian (credit manager) are great people. I would recommend them any day. I've been doing business with them for over a year and they give EXCELLENT customer service. They are not out to "prey on the weak" or out for your money. They have worked with me countless times always giving me the best deals. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. **Also if they were so bad they wouldn't have been named best store of the month in the last 4months.**
