If my payment is due on Saturday’s I don’t need my phone to be called 5 times or more on the day it’s due you can simply leave a voice message or email if I can not get to the phone this is very unprofessional & Disturbing

I tried applying for a new computer, gave the reserved hold online and waited. I was called by Beatriz that she'd look into my paperwork. I didn't have everything so she called & gave me my options. I said I would like a refund instead. This was last week, the deposit should have already been reversed & in my account. It's not, I received an email saying they couldn't complete my order or initial payment and that they were going to credit my account. I called & spoke to someone else who said they'd reverse my payment, but now I have to wait for another 3-5 buisness days to get my money back. Unprofessional, manipulative and sketchy.
