Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Rent-A-Center on Ross Avenue in Dallas since Ozzy left. Customer service is poor, communication is inconsistent, and I feel like my concerns are not taken seriously. Instead of being treated like a valued customer, I am left frustrated and dissatisfied with the way things are handled. I expected professionalism and transparency, but unfortunately this location fell short. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a stress-free experience. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide much better service.

They were so nice. They set up my equipment nicely. They made sure that everything was done properly. The manager of the store called me and made sure that I was satisfied with the delivery and the set up. I love this store and I recommend it
