I definitely recommend going to the Rent-A-Center on Coit Road! They were so nice and very understanding. My items were delivered to my place very quickly, and everything was very affordable. I am extremely satisfied with my service. The customer service was great from everyone who answered the phone to the delivery driver. I highly recommend shopping with them if u want outstanding service 🤍 THANKYOU GUYS SO MUCH 💗🫶🏽 BTW HE brought it up two flights of stairs and it’s not even a hair on my new washer and dryer set 🤭🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

This is the second time in a few years ive come here looking for something. The gentlemen inside with an arm cast on did not greet me. He saw me looking around on the floor at couches and did not come out to see if he could assist. As I approached the counter he continued to be on his phone and did not speak until I asked him "how are you doing today" I wont breakdown the full conversation but I was ushered to order online with no hospitality assistance in selecting a couch. Didn't ask what I was looking for/color or anything. I worked in furniture rental for 5 years in the Midwest as an assistant manager and could not believe he did no jump at the opportunity to make a sale. Realistically I went in looking to start a rental agreement.. but was also needing little pushing. I left feeling discouraged. I dont think he should Reprimanded. Maybe im behind on the times. Maybe he wasnt a credit manager? I just think even if he gave 20% more effort I would feel satisfied. I will go to another location instead.

Very good experience. Management, Joe, is a really great person, and the movers are as well! Not only were they on time, but they were amazingly nice, very informative, and didn't tear up anything moving the items! I'm so glad that I decided to go with this location, and am very much satisfied with my decision. Thanks everyone!
