I have purchased majority of my items at this location and let me start of by saying I am VERY happy with everything! Ivan and Richard are awesome they answer all of my questions and if I’m ever looking for a specific item they always go above and beyond to find the items.

The best Rent-A-Center in Dallas Richard is the best. He helped me find what I was Looking for and delivered it right on time couldn't ask for better customer service I will always get my items from this store going forward

Richard was so helpful, I was mishandled at another location and drove to Dallas from Irving and he took great care of us! We will continue to go to this location because of him and his honesty! It took less than 20 minutes to get us what we wanted and do everything! He and his entire staff was so friendly and explained everything to us!! Thank you Richard!!

Elena went out of her way to assist me. This is the second time I purchased from them. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location. The customer service was excellent.

I selected my bed AND signed my contract just to call the next day to schedule delivery and be told the bed had sold. Now I have no bed. I worked with the Judy the entire time. I also called today the guy I spoke with was no help either unfortunately I didn’t catch his No courtesy phone call nothing. I would not shop here if you were looking for reliable customer service.
