Horrible customer service ordered from here online 2.5 weeks ago. Today got a call the order finally came still can’t be delivered until Monday. They man told me this after I made the payment. My order should be a priority being they told me it would only take a few days to come in! Wish I could go to a different store they have no sense of urgency or good customer service. They are not busy at all always sitting down on phones!!! Even the manager…

This has been my Go-To Furniture and Appliance store for over 30 years and seems like they always will be! Great selections and fantastic staff and workable plans will make this YOUR Go-To store as well. Shout Out to JOSH, Regional Manager, whose availability is an added benefit to this already outstanding staff and store.

Was impressed, but when I tried to purchase additional items, I was told I couldn't. Like how I've never been late and signed up for auto draft. I'm transferring my contract. Just feel like it's my money I can spend it how I choose. Ok update I got everything I need. Thanks guys
