I would like to give my little friend William five stars he came to my apartment . He moved my washer and dryer from my unit to my storage and he was the Sweetest young man ever. He’s so calm Patient good sense of humor. Love his personality he is William from Rent-A-Center on Ledbetter, Dallas, Texas thanks a lot William. You are the best.

Rude customer service! Radio blasting loud! Needs new management and entire crew. Manager Ray tried to sell me game consoles out the trunk of his car. Then got upset when I didn't purchase it. Seems like the more I pay the higher my bill gets. The corporate office needs to deeply investigate this store!

I have dealt with Ray and his group for a few years. This has been an easy process. I have purchased a washer, dryer, livingroom set, dining room table, computer and laptop. Every thing is paid off. This is a great store.

I've been a customer service manager for 13yrs and rarely come in contact with a friendly establishment. However I really appreciate the kindness and the can do attitude I received from the staff today. I believe the lady name is Ro and there was also a gentlemen helping as well. They were so happy to help me and very nice, treated me like fam. Thank you again!! God Bless
