Yolanda is never there, it’s always she’ll be back in 30 minute, not sure how she’s a sales manager. Philip is supposed to another manager not sure how when he gives out false information. However Mike is clearly the glue of this place. He is very professional & answers the phone everytime as well. The others just let it ring.
They are very caring patient and kind and go the extra miles for me. I’ve been a customer with them for about ten years.
Literally late by FOUR DAYS because i recieved a new card and forgot to update auto pay. THEY SHOW UP TO YOUR DOORSTEP BANGING ON YOUR DOOR! Soooo ridiculous. Actually am so glad I didn't do the early purchase option. Never felt more harassed!!! Plus scared the crap out of my 8 year old daughter!!! NOT COOL RENT A CENTER
Kinda like harassment false allegations and taking opportunity to take advantage of young adults or even customers wanting to rent something alone using scare tactics to forcefully collect payments... I love RAC and the quality of items they offer I wish the staff was the same, at the end of the day we all have a job to do so I guess but look forward to paying off my account soon!
I have been in the hospital sick from Covid and pneumonia in both lungs for over 3 weeks and when I called and spoke with them I was advised they would work with me on my payments (which they never did). I called 3 months in a row to be removed from reoccurring payments prior to getting sick and was NEVER removed. Two months in a row they charged my account without permission and today they did it again. I called to speak with them and was talked to extremely rude! He told me since I can't afford it they can come get it, after already taking the payment from my account. I asked that he not talk to me that way but Randy continued to talk over me and belittle me all the while still not addressing the fact they ran a payment when I asked for the card to be removed. This dude is extremely rude, unprofessional, and needs to learn to respect people's rights and wishes. With me laying in the hospital sick and not on my normal pay schedule from work I just needed the card removed so I could pay once my pay did hit, my account is still current and has not been late. Well I wish you all the best.... but I will no longer be doing business with you. Thank you again for the donation.
