Bestway Rent To Own

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They tried opening my locked door to my home. They are thugs. We rented a washer and dryer form them and paid for a month up front. They never gave me a payment due date. And then the next month said I was late and owed over double my monthly payment being a few days late. Then constantly harassed my family sat outside our house on our property banging on our door threatening us that they'd get the cops to open our door without permission and they'd sue us. Over an $80 payment I said I'd make when I got paid in a couple days. And if not they could schedule a time to come pick it up and they wouldn't. They never would tell me why I got charged over double the charge either but told me I had to pay the $180 not $80 or give the washer and dryer back. THIS BUSINESS IS THE WORST. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Got a PC from them during the snow store since they were open. $1500 was same as cash, looked up the PC and non of the parts were original and replaced with SUPER cheap alternatives. Not to mention it was filled with roaches. Called them to see if we can find a solution, they said I can pay $800 for the PC. I ended up taking it back.

Delivery driver is an awesome person. Dominique replaced a french ldoor refrigerator to a standard but charged me for a French door. This was a very bad mistake on her part. I am not satisfied at all

I wish we could leave negative stars I have never been treated so bad in my whole life as I was at the Russellville store they made their own rules they made their own guidelines as they went they never done anything they said they would do but would charge you a late charge The manager there is unbearable and the assistant manager. I still had time left on my weekly order and they canceled it when I was still paying on it did not stand behind one promotion I'm waiting from a call back from corporate office hopefully we will get something done

Well on scale 1 to 10 they would get a - 60 first off they try to with draw payment from my debt card with out permission or me signing up for auto pay and calls my wifes work over and over till they almost got her in trouble and want repo what we bought from them cuz we was three days late and tht we didn't have home phone number now why would they even sale to me if a phone number is tht important cuz we told them we didn't have one the day they sold us the used junk I will not recommend no one to them and sure will not even walk in the store not only because all tht the employs are rude and talk to my wife like trash so yes best way is the worst way 100 percent no good lieing ppl

Well before me and my fiancé paid these off now, but when they were delivering our coffee tables and the big table for living room the table broke so they took it back right, it took a whole month for them to “reorder” it for us but we just noticed they didn’t even replace it with a new one, as you see in the picture they tried to screw it back together. Seriously?
