Bestway Rent To Own

This place is ridiculous. When you order something, it takes 6 weeks. While you are still paying, they cant get what you exact order, so they offer something else smaller, but the same payment. Then harrass you. God forbid someone pass away, and you have to be out of town. They will harrass you. No respect, no empathy, no Customer Service Skills at all. I say go to Gainesville. Jeff is Fantastic. Not to mention, they ripped the couch bringing it in. They've never offered to fix or replace it.

They so called ordered a apple watch for me took my processing fee watch never came they didn’t know where it was at couldn’t tell me where it was at they said they was going to give me a refund but I doubt it will never happen Though i will end up disputing the charge on my card to get me money back

I DO NOT recommend BestWay to anyone local, who works hard and cares about thier income. Inital phone call, was told $65 twice a month for payments on washer and dryer. Turns out its $200 a month for an EXTREMELY used washer that cant wash anything other than clothes. They did not honor the price they gave me. They also charge, damage fees, club fees on top of tax. Rent a center has the same sets, brand new for $80 a month. $120 savings and Better customer service. Washer was not leveled when delivered.

I had a terrible experience with this store! Would not recommend to anyone. They have terrible communication. They say they will fix your appliances (that you are paying for) but they don’t. I wanted my auto debit in Saturdays but they continued to try to take it out on Fridays. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I was told multiple times they were coming to fix my washer but they never showed up. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming. As a matter of fact, the only time they ever called me was when I made sure the money wasn’t in the account for the payment. I will never get anything from them again!

I am so grateful for Mr. Mike. He explained everything to me as far as how renting works and what to expect in the upcoming payments. I’m grateful that he took time to break down every single Case and scenario so that I can have a full understanding of what type of agreement I signed.I would recommend if you have any issues to ask to speak to Mr. Mike Very professional and gets the job done.
