Premier is absolutely the best! If we need something, I will always check with them first. We've gotten living room furniture, bedroom sets, and appliances here and only once have we had issues outside of normal wear and tear. We called them about issues with our washer and they were quick to bring us a loaner and have ours repaired and back to us as soon as possible. Customer service is always top-notch and the staff is friendly and super helpful. Nick has always been super helpful and courteous, and Andre was polite when he and Nick came to install our sectional.

Andre & craig have been awsome techs coming out and making sure everything is good to go, also nick in the store always super courteous and happy to help and understandable under any circumstance.
